Refund policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, Jay Roberts offers a full refund up to 7 days from purchase with the receipt or you may exchange the item for in-store credit up to 7 days from purchase with receipt.

No returns on used, damaged or worn items

Items that have been sized are non-refundable. All sales are final.

Return Instructions

When we receive your return and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in a matter of days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Control department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns without a receipt or items that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused for receipt. Be sure to include all packaging and collateral material, including diamond certificates. A $250 fee will be charged if the diamond certificate is not returned. Ship your return item via the US Postal Service Registered Mail, insured for the total value of your purchase. Be sure to request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached us. Mail your return to:
